Our little Kiran finally came out - with much difficulty and a lot of help!  I ran to 42 weeks and 1 day delivering him on the 7th of January following an induction two days earlier.  One note to the wary - don't use castor oil in conjunction with anything else as an inducer!  Not only does it give you the runs but it also leaves you majorly dehydrated!

Belly BanditI've bought myself a belly bandit (thick band that velcro's around your waist to help keep things 'together' post-pregnancy).  I found that soon after delivery I wanted to have something for more support.  I tied two pashminas around my waist (knots on each side) and that worked initially.  The belly bandit is actually fantastic, you can put it on whil

Final product review of the day!

The Moby Wrap is absolutely worth mentioning as I have been using it from very soon after giving birth.  Initially, I thought carrying around a 10lb baby is a bit much - but as my strength returned - I'm seeing many advantages.
