As an update to all of the people who have been anticipating news of our move to the US, we arrived safely!
We also found an apartment on the second day in town. It's about a half hour walk to Harvard Sq. - a 20 min walk to Porter Sq. and a 15 minute walk to Davis Sq.
So pretty central in my opinion. Only difficulty is setting everything up with out an American SSN. Even to get a phone this is tricky. So it will be another week or two before I have direct internet. For the moment resorting to outside cafes.
